The Daily Do It Dashboard

This Notion template is designed to be used by managers and their team members as a recurring checklist. It's designed to be easy to use and is a good way to introduce new team members to Notion.

• Whenever a team member presses a button to indicate they have completed a task, the team member's name and time of button-pressing are recorded onto the checklist.
• Team members can use the buttons on the dashboard (best on a desktop), or the buttons on the mobile-optimized page (best on a phone or mobile device) to indicate task completion.
• At the end of the day, with one click, the manager can clear all the tasks (a record is automatically created of that too).
• Instructions on how to customize the buttons and tasks are included in the template.

The template includes:

• 2 databases - 1 for the tasks, one as a record of who is "clearing" the tasks each time they're cleared
• A mobile-optimized page containing only the buttons
• One dashboard view containing all buttons, both databases, and a link to the mobile buttons screen
